BASEBALL LEADS ALL PROGRAMS WITH FOUR MLB DRAFT PICKS ON DAY ONE

Tennessee led the NCAA with four picks on day one of the MLB Draft, marking the most players selected through the first two rounds of any draft in program history. The Vols' dynamic duo of Christian Moore and Blake Burke were both first-round selections, with Moore going eighth overall to the Los Angeles Angels and Burke being picked 34th overall by the Milwaukee Brewers. Third baseman Billy Amick was selected 60th overall by the Minnesota Twins, and outfielder Dylan Dreiling rounded out Tennessee's impressive first day by going 65th overall to the Texas Rangers. Tennessee Football has unveiled a new Smokey Grey uniform series, paying homage to the state's nickname, "The Volunteer State." This series, which is part of the team's alternate uniform collection, features a sleek grey design with orange accents, symbolizing the team's spirit and the state's rich history.
